DELIVERY TIME PERIOD

• Orders within India are delivered within 4 – 6 working days. Delivery time may vary depending upon the shipping address.

SHIPPING CHARGES

• Within India, teaGraft provides Free Shipping for order above Rs. 500. There will be a shipping charge on orders of Rs. 500 or below.

HOW TO CHECK THE STATUS OF YOUR ORDER?

• Once your order has shipped, the shipping and tracking information is emailed to you. You can use your tracking number to track your order on the carrier’s website. Settle down, enjoy a cup of tea, and just be a little patient: it may take a few days for the information to be updated. In the meantime, if you want tips to prepare your project, check out our blog!
• In case of any unusual event which delays your order, you would receive a special update from our end.

• Yes, we know it doesn’t seem to make sense, but right now we can only deliver products in India. Please don’t hate us!
• Residents around the world: You live in a fantastic place, but there’s a downside: we can’t deliver to your home by our standard shipping method. We’ll think on it though.
